Replacement Oxygen Sensors for Medical Equipment
NRC Pure's collection includes electrochemical medical oxygen sensors, also known as oxygen cells or O₂ cells, for compatible ventilators, anaesthesia machines, infant incubators, oxygen monitors and analysers. Use the equipment-type and manufacturer filters to narrow the range, then explore the specifications of each sensor model.
What makes sensor models different?
Medical oxygen sensors can share a similar housing or measurement range while having different electrical connections and performance specifications. NRC Pure models include voltage-output and current-output sensors, with connection options such as gold-plated slip rings, 3-pin Molex connectors, mono jacks, modular jacks and wired leads.
These differences matter when replacing an existing oxygen cell. Signal output, temperature compensation, response time and operating life also vary between models. A similar appearance does not make two sensors interchangeable.
Finding the right replacement
The equipment manufacturer, device model and part number on the installed sensor are useful starting points. NRC Pure's sensor compatibility table brings together device references and corresponding NRC Pure models to help narrow your selection.
Each candidate sensor's technical datasheet should then be compared with the equipment manufacturer's requirements. Storage guidance and shelf life are separate considerations, especially when ordering spare sensors.
